I bring everything that we will need during the training session. All you need to do is show up with a water bottle and comfy clothes.
We’ll begin with a verbal assessment, followed by a visual and physical assessment. This will help me determine what we need to prioritize with your strength training program and give you an opportunity to share any health concerns as well as ask questions.
Absolutely! I always love the opportunity of teaching a newbie how to use bands, weights, and gym equipment to give you new confidence in your physical abilities.
I recommend wearing comfy loose fitting clothes that you can easily move around in. Please wear comfortable shoes that you can easily take on and off.
