My name is Hannah and I started personal training with women in early 2021 after going through my own fitness journey.

Like most women, I just wanted to lose weight and feel comfortable in my body. I was struggling with emotional eating and low self esteem. I knew something had to change.
I stayed on the treadmill for about a year before finally working up the courage to take a dumbbell into the corner of the room and try to learn how to use it. Fast forward a couple years and I had hired a coach for myself and completely fallen in love with strength training.
At this point, I realized how many other women could benefit from strength training if they had someone giving them a plan, showing them correct form, and holding them accountable to their goals.
After starting my own personal training business and speaking with my clients, I realized there is a HUGE need for personal trainers who understand women’s capabilities and specific needs after age 40. I’ve made it my mission to help as many women as possible understand the incredible benefits that strength training has on our bodies, especially if you are around the age 40 and above.
